To turn your vision into reality, offering a perfect solution for those who desire involvement in the planning process while also valuing their time. This service option allows your personal touch to shine through while ensuring efficiency.

This package includes the following:

  • Pre-Event Preparation:

    • “Get-To-Know” Session (in-person or via Zoom)

    • Staying Connected: emails and phone calls

    • 4-6 Months from the event date

    • Vendor Recommendations: providing a preferred vendor list and additional guidance at the time of booking

    • To-Do-Lists: establishing a guide to help in the planning process leading to the wedding

    • Work Together: find vendors with you and schedule vendor meetings

    • Attend up to 4 vendor meetings with you (in-person or via Zoom)

    • Oversee Vendors: post-hiring/selection, email correspondence and invoicing reminders

    • Timelines: receive two versions - detailed and condensed

    • In-Depth Detail Meeting: 4-6 weeks before the event to cover vendor details, timeline, processional and recessional order, seating arrangements, décor specifics, and all event aspects (in-person or via Zoom)

    • Vendor Management: coordinating vendor delivery times and items, distributing of timelines to vendors and relevant parties involved

    • Point of Contact: serving as the main contact for event day vendors starting 3-4 weeks before the event and any other relevant parties

    • Walk-Thru: participation in the final walk-through meeting with the reception venue (in-person or via Zoom)

    • Additional needs: any other requirements or requests discussed

  • Event Weekend and Day-Of:

    • Wedding Rehearsal: during the week of or day before scheduled wedding

    • 12 Hours: assistance on the day of the event (specific time determined at the final meeting) more time can be added for additional fees

    • Assist with the following: welcome table, programs, seating chart, table numbers, menus, card-box/gift table, guest book, candles, client photos, signage, etc.

    • Seamless coordination of all aspects of the day

    • Client assistance as needed throughout the event

    • Delivery Management: between all vendors the day of event

    • Design Vision: ensuring the venue's design aligns with expectations

    • Wedding Party Guide: organizing wedding party members to ensure proper timing and positioning

    • Delivery of Payments: to vendors requiring on-the-day payment, for tips, etc.

    • Coordination with DJ/Band: of events and announcements during the reception with the DJ

    • Collection and safekeeping of gifts, the guest book, card-box, and any remaining décor at the end of the night, ensuring they reach the designated vehicle or on-site hotel room, etc.

    • Supply an event emergency kit

    • Handling of any last-minute needs

    For the couple who has a clear vision but wants to savor every moment of their wedding without any stress, this is the ideal service. This “Day-Of Coordination” begins 60-days prior to your big day. We’ll be there every step of the way, providing regular check-ins and support.

    Full service wedding planning covers every aspect of your wedding, from start to finish. We will work closely with you to understand your vision, must-haves, and dreams for your special day. We will handle every element, from budget management and vendor selection to catering, timeline creation, and entertainment.
